As of 22 October 2015, creating new SSL certificates – on the Yandex.Direct’s API settings page, in the ‘Работа с сертификатами’ / ‘Certificates’ management’ tab – is no longer available. Previously created certificates can be used until they expire.
We recommend developers who still use SSL-certificates to access the Yandex.Direct’s API to set up OAth-token authentication and register their apps. This can be accomplished before the current certificate expires.
